Standard Cooperage uses information submitted through this website to answer inquiries, prepare quotes, review product requests and coordinate requested visits or demonstrations.
Information you provide
Depending on the form, you may provide your name, company, email address, phone number, billing or shipping address, product specifications, requested dates and times, event details, how you heard about us and a message. Please provide only information relevant to your request.
Website forms do not request payment card details. Any estimate, invoice or payment arrangement is handled separately after Standard Cooperage reviews your request. A form submission or automated acknowledgment does not confirm an order, accepted quote, visit or event booking.
How we process requests
Our website hosting provider, Vercel, processes form submissions. Resend sends the business notification and your acknowledgment. Standard Cooperage receives and handles inquiry emails through Google Workspace. These providers process information as part of delivering their services.
We use Cloudflare Turnstile and Upstash Redis to help prevent spam and excessive submissions. Security checks may process network and browser information. The application uses coded identifiers for short-lived rate counters; these counters do not contain your message. Technical delivery records and alerts use request references, message identifiers and status information rather than copying the details of your inquiry into alert messages.
Videos and external links
Some pages load video thumbnail images from YouTube. When you choose to play an embedded video, the YouTube player also loads. YouTube processes information under its own privacy practices. Links to other websites take you to services with their own privacy notices.
Keeping and handling information
We retain inquiry information and related business records for as long as reasonably needed to respond, coordinate requests and maintain the resulting business records. Contact us if you have a question about information you submitted or would like to request a correction or deletion. We will review your request and explain any information that needs to be retained for ongoing business or applicable recordkeeping requirements.
